How we protect GetAFix customer data
Dealers, workshops, insurers and fleets trust GetAFix with their customers, vehicles and finances. Here is how we look after that data.
Hosted on Google Cloud
GetAFix runs as SaaS on Google Cloud infrastructure. Customers need no servers of their own, and we handle hosting, patching and updates centrally.
Encrypted connections
The GetAFix web application, APIs and our websites are served over HTTPS, so data travelling between your browser or app and GetAFix is encrypted.
Role-based access control
Roles, groups, permissions and privileges decide what each user can see and do — so a technician, a cashier and a head-office manager each see only what their job needs.
Your data stays yours
Customer, vehicle, stock and financial data belongs to you. Data can be imported from Excel when you start, and reports and documents can be exported at any time.
Backups and continuity
Customer data is backed up regularly as part of our hosting operations, and updates are rolled out centrally so every customer runs a maintained version.
Privacy by design
GetAFix is designed to support data-protection principles such as access, correction, erasure and portability — the principles behind the EU GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in GetAFix or our websites, please email info@evenforce.com with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. Do not access or modify other customers’ data while testing.
